A three-storey branch of Taipei Public Library on Tingzhou Road near Guting, named after Wang Guan-ying and home to a small collection of his memorabilia. It has 80 reading seats plus 45 self-study seats where laptops and tablets are allowed, and a children's reading area on the second floor.
