A large café on the ground floor of The Pavilion beside the Fubon Art Museum, about five minutes’ walk from City Hall MRT station, with floor-to-ceiling windows and two projection walls showing artworks. Seating is at long tables and round tables for four; each person orders at least one drink, you collect your order by number and there are no takeaway cups, so bring your own.
