About
A branch of the Taipei Public Library specialising in Taiwanese history, on the 4th floor of Shuanglian Market at the north end of Ningxia Night Market, a short walk from Shuanglian MRT. There is no lift, only stairs. It has a separate self-study room, and its small number of laptop seats fill up quickly at weekends.
