A small café-bar in the main lobby on the 12th floor of the 85 Sky Tower, with a few outdoor tables looking over the harbour, the China Steel headquarters and the Kaohsiung Exhibition Center, at their best at sunset. It is cash only and takes reservations, and serves dumplings, rice dishes and pasta as well as coffee and beer.
