A high-end specialty roastery on Jungang-daero in Jung-gu with a minimalist, almost all-white interior: downstairs is a showroom bar where you watch the brewing, upstairs a lounge suited to groups. Single origins, including rare Geishas, come with notes on each, and beans are sold to take home.
