A four-level community library in Section 3, Petaling Jaya, with non-fiction on the first floor, fiction on the second and a multimedia lab with cubicles on the third, plus a café, a prayer room and lockers to rent. Non-members pay a small daily fee to use the power points, and the dress code is strict: no shorts, short skirts or sleeveless tops.
