A branch of the Minato City library on the fourth to seventh floors of Fudanotsuji Square, about four minutes from both Tamachi and Mita stations. Magazines, newspapers and foreign-language books are on the fourth floor and business titles with 30 reading seats on the fifth; some seats are reserved for Minato residents and booked at a terminal, and students fill it after school.
